Shipping policy

We want your ONAARA piece to reach you safely, wherever you are in the world. Each order is carefully prepared and packaged before beginning its journey to you.

UK Delivery

Orders are sent via a tracked and insured service and typically arrive within 2–3 working days from dispatch.

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details.

International Delivery

We ship internationally to a selection of destinations.

Delivery times vary by location, but most international orders arrive within 3–7 working days from dispatch. Shipping costs, where applicable, will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

For international orders, any applicable duties and taxes will be shown at checkout where possible. Please note that requirements may vary depending on your destination.

Pre-Orders & Limited Releases

Some ONAARA pieces are produced in small runs and may be offered on a pre-order basis.

For pre-orders, the estimated dispatch window will always be stated on the product page at the time of purchase. We will keep you updated as your piece moves through production and let you know as soon as it is ready to begin its journey to you.

If your order contains both an in-stock and pre-order item, they may be shipped separately.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email containing your tracking information so you can follow its journey.

Please allow a short period for tracking information to become active after receiving your dispatch confirmation.
